Unlike many large companies that employ specialists in narrow fields such as property, IC Frith project manages “clusters” of specialists around solutions to ensure that we can always put together the best team for a particular business problem.
Our projects combine the expertise of local staff, Australian associates and independent providers depending on the nature of the insurance. We maintain arm’s-length relationships with certain parties (such as loss adjusters ad independent surveyors) to preserve independence and integrity and avoid conflict of interest.

Internally, we systematically share knowledge and succession planning, including enterprise-wide knowledge management technology and systems and ensure at least two people from our business are actively involved in each account to spread our risk in the event of losing a key account manager.
